Initial facials include a complimentary consultation during which you and your practitioner will carefully select modalities from the à la carte menu that best suit your skin’s needs. All treatments are customized *

Your facial may include any combination of the following modalities:

Dermaplaning: removes vellus hair and dead skin cells from the surface of the skin to help improve the appearance of uneven pigmentation and texture, while increasing product penetration. 

Microdermabrasion: gently exfoliates the surface of the skin, removing the outer layer of dead skin cells and encouraging cellular turnover.

* Chemical Peel: sourced from PCA Skin and Face Reality Skincare, chemical peels work by dissolving the bonds that hold dead skin cells together. Peels are multi-functional and address several skin concerns at once, sometimes by using a combination of acids (lactic, mandelic, glycolic , tranexamic, salicylic, and kojic acids, or forms of vitamin A). Depending on the formulation, chemical peels can help to hydrate the skin, diminish acne breakouts, hyper-pigmentation or textural concerns.

* Enzyme Exfoliation & Other Peel Alternatives: Piare Skin Studio offers gentler alternatives to chemical peels, including enzymatic exfoliation and other peel alternatives. These offer surface exfoliation and can help treat pigmentation, dry, flaky skin and the appearance of enlarged pores.

Ultrasonic Technology: implements acoustic vibrations to stimulate collagen production and blood flow. This aids in skin rejuvenation and product penetration.

* High Frequency: helps treat various skin concerns by regulating oil production and targeting bacteria in acneic skin, which can increase oxygen and hydration levels to help plump and smooth dry, textured skin.

* Galvanic Current: can soften sebum (an oily barrier on your skin) to allow for more comfortable extractions, decreased redness, and an overall improvement in the appearance of skin texture.

Microcurrent: promotes the production of ATP in skin cells, which can improve the appearance of skin texture and help tone facial muscles to temporarily aid in the appearance of facial sagging.

LED Red Light by LightStim®: stimulates oxygen levels in the skin to encourage collagen production, which can improve both skin texture (lines, wrinkles, and scarring) as well as pigmentation. It also helps to soothe inflammation and accelerate the recovery process, making it appropriate for even the most sensitive skin types.

LED Blue Light by LightStim®: helps to treat acne by destroying bacteria and soothing inflammation.
